Before Event
- Power on the rack under the booth.
- Wake up the computer and log in.
- The Username and Password is NextGen

Turn on projectors and stage display TV. Then launch ProPresenter.
- ProPresenter must be launches AFTER the rack is powered on for projectors and TV to work.
- Run through all audio and video cues with audio.
- Run through all other cues to make sure they work.
- Run through rehearsal and productions with excellence.
- Do whatever it takes to connect with your team and have a great service!
After Event
- Put a graphic on screens. (So that it is easy to see if projectors turn off)
- Power off projectors and stage display TV.
- Quit ProPresenter.
- Log out of the computer. PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF THE COMPUTER.
- Power off the rack.
