Helpful virtual meeting tips:
- You can use any meeting software (Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx or Skype.)
- Use the wireless keyboard and mouse remotely from your seat.
- Set the TV volume to or around 50.
- Use the JVC remote for the volume of virtual guests (if it is too loud, it will echo).
- Leave the sound bar volume set at 80.
- Maximize the screen window on the TV so that you can easily see remote guests.
- Feel free to use the white board, the camera should follow you.
- Always speak loud and clear so all in the room can hear. The remote experience is just like it is in the room. If others in the room can’t hear you, the remote attendees probably cannot hear you either.
- Avoid side conversations as this is confusing to the remote listener.
Please remember these things
- Please do not unplug anything from behind the TV.
- Please do not adjust any settings on the JVC TV, Apple TV or Computer.
- Please power off the JVC TV when you are finished.

- Please return the wireless keyboard and mouse under the TV on the shelf.
- Please return the other remotes to the cradle behind the TV.
